I live dangerously close to Momofuku Milk Bar, and I'm craving their Compost Cookie right about now. The cookie contains a slew of ingredients which you wouldn't think go together (coffee grounds, potato chips), but somehow, married together, make complete delicious sense.
If you live in NYC, I highly recommend adding it to your sweet tooth to-do list. And if you don't, good news, they now have an online store! A pack of six compost cookies is only $10, and comes in an adorable tin. Perfect for upcoming gift giving. xo
