Recipe: Tia Flori's Baby Back Ribs

To accompany the tasty grown-up watermelon coolers, I would like to share with you my Tia Flori's delicious Baby Back Ribs recipe. So easy they practically make themselves. And while they're slow-cooking you have time to make the sides, and get the house ready for guests. Get the napkins out, this one's a crowd pleaser. ;)

Ingredients
(Makes 4 servings)
2 full racks baby back ribs
Garlic powder
Brown sugar
BBQ sauce (recommended: Bullseye Original Barbeque Sauce)
Aluminum foil to cover

Directions
1. Pre-heat oven @ 250 degrees
2. Rinse each rack of ribs and pat dry with paper towels
3. Sprinkle and rub garlic powder and brown sugar on both sides
4. Pack each individual rack of ribs in aluminum foil
5. Place ribs on tray and cook for 4 Hrs
6. Remove from oven and release grease
7. Add barbecue sauce to both sides
8. Increase oven heat to 350 degrees and cook ribs for another ½ hour

For side dishes, try serving with a potato salad (this Neely's recipe is my absolute favorite!), and Mexican corn on the cob. Enjoy! xo
