Happy Hour: Sangria + Tapas

In honor of Spain's great win yesterday against Germany in the World Cup, for today's happy hour I bring you red wine sangria + some of my favorite tapas recipes. So many great recipes to choose from, but here are some of my faves from around the web: tortilla de patatas, pan con tomate y jamón serrano, croquetas de bacalao, gambas al ajillo + of course, a great cheese plate (and don't forget the quince paste -- perfect with manchego cheese!)
