I love cheese. However, aside from goat cheese and maybe cheddar, I always have a hard part telling them apart, especially at parties. But wouldn't this be a clever way to help your guests set apart the stinky and hard from the creamy and smooth? I have a white platter at home just itching for a makeover. :)

Very cool idea.
It's hard to decipher cheeses at parties without tasting and knowing which is which is a big help when picking which cracker/bread/fruit to match it with.
That's just a great idea for any tray! I loves it.
