Breakfast Sunday: Soft Boiled Eggs

We don't usually post on Sundays, but I couldn't help myself. I had a craving for soft boiled eggs this morning, so I looked up a recipe (yes, there is a timing strategy!) and actually perfected the meal.

I used this simple step-by-step to make sure my eggs didn't overcook. And voila! Two perfect eggs with a side of toast, lightly buttered. :)

AH! I loooove soft boiled eggs! It's the best when you dip some delicious, buttered toast right into that runny yoke!! These pictures instantly made me want one too (despite it being 4pm!) Maybe breakfast for dinner? ;)

Brooklyn :

I am soooo glad you left a comment on Veggie Table because now I can read your blog (and LOVE it already!)
PS - the homebrewing process is fun but a bit time consuming. Forrest started with a one gallon batch (which wasn't bad space-wise) from Brooklyn Brew Shop in NY (http://brooklynbrewshop.com) - if you decide to give it a try, this brew master of mine would to happy to give you some tips! :)

Quiqui :
