Beautiful spot! Where will you all be headed for the holidays? I'm flying out of JFK on the 27th, headed to Paris for the New Years. I can't wait! Have you used Air BNB before? I've heard good things about it... but never tried it myself! Hope you have lots of bidders on your apartment!
